• How can I return or exchange a product purchased on  memcycling.com ?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of delivery by the courier. We only accept returns of items that have not been used, damaged or have defects that do not belong to our production. Don't forget that we only accept products purchased through our website ( www.memcycling.com ).

For guarantees and returns of products not purchased on our site, please contact the shop where you purchased the goods.

We will send you an email with your return number and a detailed description of how to return the product. Once the item has been received and checked by our staff, your refund or product exchange will be processed as soon as possible. Remember that the shipping costs are charged to the customer.
